8:15 am - Coaches meeting in the visitors locker room.

8:30 am - All field events will begin

• Shot Put (2 per team / 3 attempts 9 to finals) - Boys first then Girls to follow

• Discus (2 per team / 3 attempts 9 to finals) - Girls first then Boys to follow

• High Jump (2 per team)

• Boys first then Girls to follow

• Boys start at 46

• Girls start at 40

• Long Jump (2 per team)  

• Girls open pit: 8:30 am - 9:15 am then finals  (3 attempts 9 to finals)

• Boys open pit: 10:00 am - 10:45 am then finals (3 attempts 9 to finals)

9:15 am - Running events will begin and continue on a rolling time schedule.

Girls will always compete before the Boys
