2013 OHSAA State Cross Country Championships: D1 10th Place (18:51.98)
Junior Ann Heuerman led the Upper Arlington team last year at the OHSAA State Cross Country Championships. She placed 10th in her State premier running (18:51.98). As a Sophomore, she also placed 11th last spring in the D1 3200. (11:13.79) Watch for Ann to continue moving up on the podium.

Tell us how your summer training is going?
Summer training is going well. Have extra time to run in new settings like metro parks and forested paths.
What are your goals for the upcoming season?
I would like to break 18 min and place higher up on the state podium.
How long have you been running and how did you get started?
I have been running since I was 7 years old when I did my first 5k held by my elementary school to benefit Make a Wish foundation.
Will you be competing anywhere out of state this season?
Possibly Nike Regionals
