Class AA #1 North Oldham started the season off with a victory last night in Ohio. They were led to victory by Trenton Fryman's individual win with a 16:13.37. Senior David Terkula and sophomore ALex McClarty each placed in the top 8 as well. North Oldham scored 48 points to win the Division 2 race.
Class A #1 Bishop Brossart scored 150 to finish 5th in the same race with Class A #2 St. Henry 48 points back in 6th.
The Frosh-Soph Race was won by the young bunch from Eastern. The team placed four in the top five overall led by Luke Hoover's 17:23.54. Sam Ackerman was second, Emerson Wells in fourth, and Avery Evans in fifth.
The ladies of Eastern also went 1-2 in the Frosh-Soph Race. Keely Wells won with a 21:10 beating teammate Catherine Sullivan by .76.
