Ohio MileSplit Male Cross Country Runner of the Year - Dustin Horter

Lakota East Jr. Dustin Horter is the Ohio MileSplit Boy's Cross Country Runner of the Year!  Dustin had  great Jr. year with a D1 State Championship, running 15:02.80.  His only loss in Ohio was in August when he was 3rd in the OHSAA Early Season Invitational.  Following that race, he went undefeated in Ohio, ran 4th in the Nike Cross Midwest Regional in 14:59.90 and 30th at the Nike Cross Nationals with a a 16:11.30.
