Hilliard Darby's Dylan Litreal will compete for the Ohio State Buckeyes next year.

Hilliard Darby High School's Dylan Litreal has confirmed that he'll be competing at the college level for Ohio State University next year!  Litreal shared this news through a recent Twitter post:

Dylan Litreal competes in the Shot Put, Weight Throw and Discus events where he holds impressive PR's of 48-9.25, 63-4 and 153-9 respectively.  When Litreal arrives on campus in Columbus, he can rely on his big meet experience to assist with his transition to the NCAA level.  Litreal was in the field among some of the country's best Weight Throw athletes in 2017 at the MileSplit Scholastic Showcase at SPIRE, OATCCC Indoor State Championship and New Balance Nationals Indoor meet.

MileSplit Ohio reached out to Dylan to gather his thoughts on this opportunity:

"I am beyond excited to get to work with one of the best coaches in the country at my home state's flagship school.  I'm looking forward to what the future holds and I'm proud to be a Buckeye!"

Dylan Litreal also competed at the 2017 Ohio State Hammer Championship.
