The PTFCA announced its 2018 Cross Country All-State Teams on Wednesday evening. 10 girls and 10 boys are selected for the first team, and an additional 10 girls and 10 boys are selected for the second team. Also selected is the Athlete of the Year and Coach of the Year for both genders.
