Falcons Prepare for MAC Championships At First Annual Toledo Tune-Up

Meet Schedule
Just one week remains until the 2010 Mid-American Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Buffalo, N.Y. The Bowling Green State University track and field team completes it's regular season meet schedule on Friday, May 7th by traveling to the University of Toledo for the first annual Toledo Tune-Up meet.
To keep the team rested for next week's championship action, the Falcons will send a limited squad of five athletes to Toledo.
Junior Paige Lane will compete in the javelin throw at 11:00 a.m. Sabrina Forstein, a senior, will attempt to notch another victory in the pole vault at 12:30 p.m. Then, at 12:50 p.m., junior Carly Wells and sophomore Ashley Fischer will race in the 1500 meters.
Freshman Kristin Boettcher will conclude the day's action for the Falcons when she competes in the hammer throw. That event will take place 30 minutes after the men's hammer throw, which is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
