COMPLETE LIST OF ALL-ACADEMIC TEAMS

On Wednesday, the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the Scholar Teams of the Year and All-Academic Teams for the 2010 track and field season.  For the fourth consecutive year, the Bowling Green State University track and field team earned All-Academic honors.

A team must earn a cumulative 3.0 grade point average to be awarded a spot on the All-Academic team.  For the 2010 season, a total of 151 schools were honored.

The Falcons placed 32nd on the list, compiling a team GPA of 3.36.  This marks the second consecutive year that the team has featured an improvement in their GPA.  It rose from 3.254 in 2008 to 3.30 in 2009.

Bowling Green was one of eight teams from the Mid-American Conference to gather 2010 All-Academic team honors.  Of those eight teams, BGSU featured the best GPA.
