When Juli Accurso stepped up to the starting line at the 2011 NCAA Division I Championship race on Monday afternoon, she was already a Mid-American Conference champion. When she crossed the finish line in 36th place, she became an All-American.

Women's Cross Country Finishes 16th at NCAA Championships

The Michigan State women's cross country team placed 16th overall at the 2011 NCAA Cross Country Championships on Monday, Nov. 21 in Terre Haute, Ind. Sophomore Sara Kroll was the top individual for the Green and White, as she recorded a time of 20:37.4, good enough for 51st overall.

Men's Cross Country Finishes 22nd At The NCAA Championship

The Providence College men's cross country team, which was ranked 26th in the nation, placed 22nd out of 31 teams with 530 points at the 2011 NCAA Cross Country Championships on November 21. The event was held at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course at the Wabash Valley Family Sports Center in Terre Haute, Ind.

Kevin McDonnell Places 159th at the NCAA Championships

Saint Joseph's men's cross country runner Kevin McDonnell competed in his second consecutive NCAA Championship finishing 159th overall on Monday. The race was held at the Lavern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terra Haute, Indiana.

Fricke Finishes 150th At NCAAs

Julie Fricke represented the University of Maryland on Monday by competing in the NCAA Cross Country National Championships hosted by Indiana State University.

Utah State's McKenna Places 63rd At NCAA Cross Country Championships

Utah State cross country senior captain Brian McKenna capped off his Aggie cross country career by placing 63rd out of 252 runners at the 2011 NCAA Cross Country Championships in Terre Haute, Ind. on Monday. McKenna improved his season-best 10,000-meter time by nearly 14 seconds as he crossed the finish line in 30:29.6.

Tulsa Finishes 25th At NCAA XC Championship

The University of Tulsa men's cross country team finished 25th at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships Monday morning at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course located at Wabash Valley Family Sports Center in Terre Haute, Ind.
