Athletes Must Have 2012 USATF Membership Number In Order To Register For The JO Championships
Obtain USATF Membership Number On-line At https://www.usatf.org/
Must Get USATF Membership Number Before You Can Have Birth Date Verified
Athletes Date Of Birth Must Be Verified In Order To Register For The JO Championships
(Use Birth Certificate, Passport, Drivers License, Certified Baptismal Record or Government ID As Proof Of Age)

Processing Fee Of $ 25.00 Per Athlete, If Birth Date Not Verified By June 17th - No Exceptions
Athletes Must Complete The Junior Olympic Program Participation Waiver & Release Form to Compete
Athlete Will Not Get Competitor Number Until This Form Is Turned In
Requirement Of The National Office - No Exceptions This Year
Can Give To Jim Engel At The Columbus Panthers Invitational This Weekend at Eastmore Academy H. S., Columbus Oh
(This is Encouraged for Clubs, to prevent delay in getting competitor numbers st the meet)

Athletes Can Use Their Own Implements Or Those Provided By The Ohio Association
Athletes That Use Their Own Implements, Will Have To Have Them Checked Prior To Competition

Entry Fees Are $ 6.00 Per Individual Event and $ 24.00 Per Relay Team

No Admission Fee, But University Has a $ 4.00 Parking Fee
Tents Are Allowed In Designated Areas - None Allowed In The Stands
Only Competitors Allowed Inside Flagged Areas
Parents And Coaches Are Not Allowed In The Bullpen Area
Unattached Athletes Can Get Awards After Results Are Posted; Clubs Can Pick Up Awards After The Meet (Team Packet)
Top Six Athletes In Each Event Qualify For The Region 5 JO Championships On July 7th and 8th At Cedarville University
