The teams and individual qualifiers for the OHSAA State Championship are now set, the only thing left to do is run the races and crown the champions.  Lets take a look back at how teams got here in the weekly Week In Review.

Blake Heriot of Gahanna Lincoln, the 2009 Ohio High School Division 1 State Champion in the 200m and 400m dash, has chosen to continue his education and track career at the University of Florida.

  The nation's premier individual national rankings releases the third edition of the Milesplit Sweet 16 National Rankings.

This past week was pretty quiet in the Cross Country Realms as many teams and individuals rested in preparation for their tournament run.  Even with people and teams resting there was still some action from this past week that should be noted, let's take a look at those performances.

The second edition of the Milesplit Sweet 16 Individual National Rankings features new faces and familiar names  

Week 6 is in the books and Conference Meets and Post season meets are right around the corner.  Let's take a look at this past weeks results.

Ohio Sprinting Sensation, Blake Heriot recently narrowed his college list to five schools.  Heriot plans to make his final decision on where he will further his education during the Thanksgiving weekend.

The top throwing recruit in Ohio, and possibly the nation, has chsen where he will continue his education and track and field career at a school with a great throwing tradition.
