Wow a huge meet and the kids get sent the wrong way. Unreal! Oh and it was the most anticipated race of the meet. Thanks a ton Midwest Meet of wrong directions. Embarrassing!

@fuward473 Really too bad that that happened today! Great competition all at one meet and everyone’s left walking away disappointed with nothing but a wasted race week under their belt. Mistakes happen but no excuse for a mistake like that in the THIRD high school race of the day! Especially, at a meet that calls itself the Midwest Meet of Champions!

Same thing happened in the Small school race at Cambridge on the 29th. 2nd and 3rd place went wrong way up a steep hill that they had already run. No one was blocking the wrong path or roped it off. They settled back to finish 6 and 7. Stinks that these kids work hard to have to back track when this is a very easy fix.
