There will be a mandatory 10:00am coaches meeting. At the meeting, we will discuss meet rules, format, weather issues, and accept any last min. Scratches. Starting time is 10:30 AM for running and 10am for field events. All meet entries will be via the Kytrackxc. Com on-line entry system. Final entries are due by 11:59pm May 10th. Results will be emailed out as well as posted to KTCCCA. Org and KYTrackXC. ComNOMS reserves the right to limit the number of teams attending so get your entries in early. AwardsIndividual medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places, ribbons for 4th -6th and can be picked up at the end of the meet by the coach at the awards area. Boys and Girls team champions and runner up Trophies will be awarded at the conclusion of all events.
