9th Annual ASICS Comet Clinic!
FREE Track and Field Clinic on Saturday, March 17th, 2018 at Amherst Steele High School.
Doors open at 12:30 pm. Clinic runs from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Keynote speaker is Jarrion Lawson: 6x National Champion, 19x All American, Olympian and 2018 USA Indoor Long Jump Champion!
Hands-on, active learning in a fun atmosphere.
A total of 37 sessions, educating coaches, athletes and parents about every aspect of track and field by knowledgeable speakers, including four Olympians!
Free food, drink, raffles, contests, prizes, music and autographs!
Free foot strike analysis and deeply discounted ASICS gear: shoes, apparel and bags.
Local College Track and Field Coaches will lead recruiting panels and have booths during the snack break to talk to coaches, athletes and parents.
A coaches sports medicine class needed for PAP and a Pole Vault Safety Certification class is also available.
Coaches: attend a special catered coaches lunch session with Keynote Speaker Dennis Mitchell - 26x MAC Coach Of The Year! Topic: "Creating a Culture For Success"
