You are invited to the 2nd Annual Oregon Clay Field Event Relays Invitational on Saturday, April 5th 2008.
Entries: Since we are only dealing with 5 events we will do all entries via email ore_aca_jgal@nwoca.org. Entries will open 8:00am Sunday, March 23rd, 2008 and entries will close 5:00pm Thursday, April 3rd.
Scratches are due by 10:00am Friday, April 4th, 2008. The time schedule will be determined by the number of teams entered. We are looking at a10:30am starting time.
Fees: Entry fees will be $50.00 per team $100.00 per school. If you wish to enter more than one team per event fees will be $75.00 per team $150.00 per school.
Format: Field events only! Three person teams! Four attempts in discus, long jump and shot put.
Opening heights in high jump and pole vault will be determined after entries are in. You
may enter more than one team but only one team may score.
Scoring:We will score 8 places, 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.
Awards: There will be team awards for champion and runner-up. Relay team and individual champion awards will also be awarded for each field event.
Facilities: We have outstanding field event areas. Please use 1/8 or 1/4 inch spikes on run-ways and high jump apron. Tape may be used for marking on all surfaces.
