37th ANNUAL
ERIN L. NANCE FALL DISTANCE CLASSIC
October 2, 2010
Dear Athletic Directors and Cross Country Coaches:
Welcome to the 37th Annual Erin L. Nance Fall Distance Classic (formerly London Invitational) set for Saturday, October 2, 2010 at the beautiful and challenging London Country Club.
The following time schedule will be observed:
9:15am = Girls Varsity (7 runners max)
9:55am = Boys Varsity (7 runners max)
10:25am = Girls Open (unlimited runners)
11:05am = Boys Open (unlimited runners)
NOTE: Varsity Boys will run in one race and Varsity Girls will run in one race. However, races will be scored separately by division (I, II, and III).
The management of the London Country Club has asked that the runners and spectators not use the clubhouse. The meet has outgrown the clubhouse restroom facilities. As such, Port-A-Pots will be available. PLEASE ADVISE YOUR ATHLETES AND FANS ACCORDINGLY.
Please remember that this meet is run on a private golf course. GREENS, TEES, and SAND TRAPS ARE OFF LIMITS. The treatment of this course and athlete behavior have allowed us to have this meet at this beautiful location for 37 years. We hope to continue for another 37. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in advance.
