2013 OATCCC State Meet Entry Information

The 2013 OATCCC Indoor State Meet entry will be open from 6:00AM on Monday 3/11/13 until 11:59pm on Tuesday 3/12/13.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Meet Schedule

Please note that Div. 1 will go in the morning this year with Div. 2/3 to follow in the afternoon.

 

Coaches - if you have entered your team on MileSplit this season or any of the past seasons, you do not need to claim your team again - you can use your username and password from previous years to enter the meet. If you have never entered on MileSplit before, you will need to register and claim your team in order to enter the meet.  Directions on how to claim your team and enter a meet can be found at - https://www.milesplit.com/pages/Online_Meet_Reg_Instructions.  You will not need to update your roster, so you can skip that step.

On Monday, I will be teaching, but will answer emails whenever I can.  Feel free to call me for help between 7-11pm at 937-902-3437.

On Tuesday, I will be available for phone support from 10am-2pm and again from about 7-12pm at the same number.  If you call at any other time and I do not pick up, please leave a message and I will get back with you.

If you are having problems with the entry system on a school computer, please try on your home computer as well.  Some school computers either block our site, or portions of our site that may make registration harder.

 

There are 6 prerequisites to compete in the state meet

1) Your coach must be a member of the OATCCC - check your membership HERE

2) Your school board must approve indoor track and field

3) Your coach must attend the meet with you

4) You must fill out the Declaration page on the OATCCC Website HERE

4) Your coach and Athletic Director must sign the verification form HERE

5) The athlete must be in the top 25 (and ties) in the performance lists that are found below
(If you do not see your team/athletes in the performance lists, but you do meet all of the requirements email jimfindlay1@gmail.com immediately)

(Only Teams and approved coaches can enter teams into the meet, parents, clubs and individuals are not able to enter the meet)

 

Coaches - DO NOT change the seed time that the entry system automatically provides for you.  If you feel that the seed time is wrong email jimfindlay1@gmail.com immediately and state the school, the athlete's name, the event, the time in question as well as what the time should be and at what meet the correct time was set at.

 

**It takes up to 24 hours for all results to show on the performance lists.  Marks set on Sunday may not show until 9pm Monday.  Coaches, if your athlete or relay team set a mark good enough to qualify on Sunday, you will still be able to enter that time as soon as entries open up, even though it may not show yet on the performance lists**
