We do not often have the opportunity to blog during the XC and track seasons, but Dustin has agreed to provide us with his thoughts on his races on a weekly basis throughout this season. In this, the first of the series, Dustin comments on his race in the OHSAA Early Season Invitational (8/15).
Dustin is the #1 ranked returning Sophomore in the State (All Divisions). He was 5th in last years D1 3200 in a time of 9:13.87. He was the top freshman and ran 14th in the 2014 D1 OHSAA State XC Meet. he has a 4:18.47 and a 1:57.60 to his credit as a freshman. His 9:13.87, had him ranked US #1 in the 3200 in 2015 and his 4:18.47 ranked him US #6.
