Buckeye Sr. Colin Theis is the only boy entered under 16:00 so far this season.
Sr. Colin Theis of Buckeye is the favorite to win the boys race. If he is going to be pushed it wil be by Black River's Tanner Hawley who has run 16:04.91 this season.
In the girl's race, Keystone Sr. Shannon Wargo should win. She enters the race with the fastest time this year of thus far, 53 seconds faster than her closet competitor, So. Hanna Heath of Black River.
In the Boy's team race, SVSM should run away with the title. They are the #9 ranked D2 team in the State in the latest OHSAA poll. Buckeye may give them a challenge, but they are not deep enough in their 3-5 runners.
The girl's team race should be between SVSM and Amherst. SVSM gets the nod as they are the #4 ranked team in the poll.
