Watkins Memorial Sr. Andrew Jordan is the Ohio Milesplit Male Cross Country Runner of the Year!

No surprise here.  After finishing 3rd in last years OHSAA D1 State Cross Country Championship, Jordan had an undefeated Ohio Cross Country season, including an All Time Ohio High School 5K Cross Country time of 14:44.70!  He broke the National Trails course record with a 14:54.00 in his State D1 win.  Jordan has one more chapter to write in his high school Cross Country career.  He will be running in the Footlocker Nationals this saturday in San Diego.  He was 4th in the Footlocker Midwest Regional just two seconds back of the winner.  No matter how his race goes, he has established himself as one of the best ever Cross Country runners in Ohio High School history.
