The 84th running of the Mansifield Mehock Relays saw two new meet records and a fast, OH #1 400. Taking advantage of near perfect conditions, Watking Memorial Sr. Andrew Jordan continued to demonstrate why he is one of the best ever distance runners in Ohio history. In the 1,600 he ran a new meet record 4:10.2, breaking the 2005 record of 4:11.73 set by Jeff See. Jordan negtive split a 2:06, 2:04 with a 60 last 400. His run is US #6 at this time. Jordan also came back to win the 800 in an OH #1 1:56.19.

The other meet record that was broken was in the girl's Pole Vault where Olentangy Orange Jr. Anna Watson set a new record of 12-6 eclipsing the 2008 record of 12-0 set by Courtney Siebenaller. Watson's vault is a new OH girl's #1.
In one of the most exciting races of the day, Meadowdale Jr. Wayne Lawrence Jr. held off Watkins Memorial Sr. Desmond Melson in the 400. Lawrence Jr. ran a State leading 47.92 and Melson finished in an OH #2 48.02.
