Frank Hayes of Sylvania Southview was ranked 2nd his Freshman year in the 800m with a 1:57.06.  As a Sophomore he jumped to a #1 rankings with a 1:53.09.  He was the D1 State Champion his Junior year running a 1:51.16.  He is not ranked thus far in his Senior year opting to run some 400's, but split a 1:51 in the 4x8 at the Mansfield Mehock Relays.  Expect him to be at the top of the rankings by the end of the season in the 800.  (photo M.
