I have now recieved confirmation from a few sources that the GCL Championship will in fact be held at Landmark Baptist Church in Cincinnati. The course will be slightly modified though from previous races. This is due to the fact that Rapid Run Park (Elder's home course) has been accepting debris from the windstorm from residents accross the city of Cincinnati.
