New Balance Nationals Outdoor - Ohio Boys Preview

           Mason Warnimont will compete in the 100m and 200m races in the Emerging Elite Division. 

Many of Ohio's top track and field athletes will be competing among the country's best at this weekend's New Balance Nationals Outdoor at North Carolina A & T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina. 

Below is a sample of some of the Ohio boys who will be participating at this prestigious meet: 

Malachi McGill - Hilliard Darby - 800m

           Malachi McGill is the D1 Ohio outdoor state champion in the 800m event. 

Jacob Keating - Lake Catholic - 1 Mile  

           Jacob Keating has a P.R. of 4:11.23 in the 1600m event. 

Matt Stump - Medina - 1 Mile  

           Matt Stump has P.R. of 4:12.20 in the 1600m event. 

Hunter Moore - Olentangy Orange - 5K 

           Hunter Moore is the D1 Ohio outdoor state champion in the 3200m event. 

Lane Knoch - Marlington - 110m hurdles 

           Lane Knoch has a P.R. of 14.02 in the 110m hurdles event. 

Connor Duricky - Lake Catholic - 110m hurdles & 400m hurdles 

           Connor Duricky has a P.R. of 13.95 in the 110m hurdles event.  

Jeremy Hayton - Hillsboro - High Jump 

           Jeremy Hayton has an indoor P.R. of 6-9 in the High Jump event. 

Albert Kalala - Withrow - High Jump 

           Albert Kalala has an outdoor P.R. of 7-0 in the High Jump event. 

Austin Goolsby - Hillsboro - Pole Vault & Long Jump (Long Jump - Emerging Elite Division) 

           Austin Goolsby is the D2 Ohio outdoor state champion in the Pole Vault event. 

           Austin Goolsby has a P.R. of 22-6 in the Long Jump event.  

Mason Warnimont - Cory-Rawson - 100m & 200m (both in the Emerging Elite Division)

           Mason Warnimont is the D3 Ohio outdoor state champion in the 100m and 200m events. 

Matt Bull - Mentor - 800m (Emerging Elite Division) 

           Matt Bull has a P.R. of 1:54.76 in the 800m event.
