Itinerary for Beach Run Track and Field Invitational @ Myrtle Beach April 3rd-April 6th
We Depart from Wayne High School 8:00 A.M. Friday morning via Charter Bus from Croswell.
We will arrive home via Charter Bus approximately 2:00 a.m. Monday, April 6th at the high school.
We will be staying at the: (Rooms under Mike Fernandez/Wayne Track)

Cost of the bus has been taken care of by the Huber Heights Athletic Foundation ($4777.88) so your only cost will be hotel, meet entry and gratuity for bus driver which will be $85.00, paid to coach Fernandez by Thursday. Please do not write me a check, but if you must, get it to me by Wednesday and make check out to Mike Fernandez.
You will need to bring money for your food, souvenirs or incidentals, so bring enough for 3 days, breakfast/lunch/dinner.
Bring ONE Suitcase/bag only, plus a Wayne Black Track Bag to carry onto the bus.
What to bring: uniform, warm-ups, shoes/spikes, clothes for 3 days, toiletries, money, camera, portable cd player or I pod, towels, bathing suits, hats, warm clothes (gets cold at night), nice clothes for dinner (maybe twice), comfortable shoes to walk around in.

7:30 a.m. Arrive to load bus
8:00 a.m. Depart for
12:00 p.m. Lunch
5:00 p.m. approximate arrival to hotel, the Sands Resorts.
Unpack and assign rooms.
5:30 p.m. Team meeting at a place T.B.D.
6:00-7:45 Dinner at a place to be T.B.D.
8:00-9:30 Free Time
9:45 In rooms
10:00 Lights out
Saturday April 4th:
6:30 a.m. Wake –up, eat/dress for track meet
7:45 a.m. Depart for stadium
9:15 a.m. Field events start/preliminaries start
11:00 a.m. Finals to begin
5:15 p.m. Approximate end of meet
6:00 p.m. Return to hotel
6:30 p.m. Dinner- free time
11:00 p.m. Back to room and lights out.
Sunday April 5th:
Checkout will be no earlier than 12:00 pm, possibly at 4:00 p.m.
