Lancaster High School's Hope Purcell will compete for the Indiana Hoosiers.
Congratulations to Lancaster's Hope Purcell on the news that she'll be competing for Indiana University next year!
Purcell shared this information through a recent Twitter post:
Hope Purcell has enjoyed success at Lancaster in the sprints and hurdles events, but her specialties are the high jump and long jump, where she holds impressive PR's of 5-8 (indoor and outdoor) and 19-1.25 (outdoor). Purcell claimed the 2017 outdoor D1 state title in the long jump and she was the runner-up in the high jump at the 2017 indoor and outdoor D1 state championships.
