Seniors from Ohio, Michigan, Illinois and Indiana will compete at the Mid-East Champs.
The 31st Mid-East Cross Country Championship will take place in Kettering on November 18th and it'll feature top seniors from Ohio, Michigan, Illinois and Indiana.
* Here is the information relating to how Ohio seniors can get involved:
(1) We encourage all seniors to apply for this meet: parent, athlete or coach can apply.
(2) We will select 10 senior boys and 10 senior girls for this meet.
(3) We will select at least 1 individual from each D1, D2 and D3.
(4) Selections will happen the week after the OHSAA State Meet.
(5) Athlete's will be notified by the coach the week after the state meet.
(6) The athletes will compete against the top 10 seniors from Indiana, Michigan and Illinois.

10:00 am: Trainer and first-aid services will be available
10:30 - 10:45 am: Team pictures will take place at the start line. Please arrive as a complete team for your picture. See the course map.
10:45 am: Course closes for previewing
11:00 am: Start of the Women's Race
11:30 am: Start of the Men's Race
12:30 pm: Approximate start of the banquet in the Kettering Recreation Complex. Note: It begins immediately after the races end and awards are made at the banquet following the meal.
