Versailles' Joe Spitzer finished 1st in the Division 2 race with his time of 16:02.63.
MileSplit Ohio's Chris Greene was in Troy this past Saturday to cover the exciting cross country action that took place at the OHSAA Regions 4, 8 & 12 meet. Qualifying berths to the upcoming Ohio State Championship in Hebron were stake for the teams and athletes who were competing.

- Region 4 - Division 1 Boys:
Top five teams and those individuals that finish in the top 20 advance to the state meet.
- Region 4 - Division 1 Girls:
Top six teams and those individuals that finish in the top 24 advance to the state meet.
- Region 8 - Division 2 Boys:
Top four teams and those individuals that finish in the top 16 advance to the state meet.
- Region 8 - Division 2 Girls:
Top four teams and those individuals that finish in the top 16 advance to the state meet.
- Region 12 - Division 3 Boys:
Top four teams and those individuals that finish in the top 16 advance to the state meet.
- Region 12 - Division 3 Girls:
Top four teams and those individuals that finish in the top 16 advance to the state meet.
