The squad from Medina traveled to Louisville, KY and collected the varsity division victory at this past weekend's Trinity / Valkyrie Invitational. Led by junior, Harry Custer and senior, Caleb Cummings, Medina posted 93 points to earn a resounding win over Floyd Central High School (IN), who scored 158 points for second place.
Individually, Custer recorded a time of 16:30.00 to finish first and Cummings went 16:55.90 for sixth place. Custer's win marked the first of his high school career.
