(Jaydan Wood spoke with MileSplit following her 200m win at last season's Ohio Preview Meet)
Jaydan Wood leads the list of early commitments for the upcoming MileSplit / SPIRE Scholastic Showcase, which is scheduled for February 10th at the SPIRE Institute. The reigning Indoor State Champion in the 400m indicated to MileSplit that she'll be on-site in Geneva for the big day to compete in her signature event.
In addition to the 400, she may also line-up in a relay as well as one of the shorter sprints. Wood, who recently committed to Ohio State University, will be in search of her first Showcase title; she placed second at last year's meet in a time of 54.50.
