Tyrese Bandy checks-in at number twenty-one on the list due to his 23.09 clocking at last season's Youngstown Statehigh school opener. Bandy, who competes in several events as well as a few other sports, is likely to lower his indoor best significantly over the next few year's. The sophomore has run 22.14 during outdoor track.
