The NEOITC Series resumes later today with athletes and teams from the White Division set to compete at Meet #1.
One of the new additions to the expanded league for 2019 is the squad from Strongsville - the Mustangs are led by one of the state's best high jumpers, Emilia Lesniak. The Mississippi State bound athlete captured third place at last year's OATCCC State Championship; her stellar resume is highlighted by pr's of 5-8 (indoor), 5-9.5 (outdoor), a victory at the SPIRE Showcase and an appearance at New Balance Nationals. She'll be favored to take an opening meet win on Friday in her signature event.
