Madison's Nolan Landis is set to make his 2019 NEOITC Series debut on Thursday evening at the Red Division #2 meet. The Indiana University commit, and number two ranked shot put thrower in the state, will be the overwhelming favorite to earn the event win. He'll bring a season's best mark of 60-3 with him to the SPIRE Institute.
