Johanssen claimed sixteenth place in the ultra-competitive 2 Mile event, where eighteen runners went 9:35 or faster. He resides at number two, behind Hudson's Adam Beucler, in Ohio's 3200m rankings with a converted mark of 9:29.86. His official clocking in Virginia was 9:33.18.
Max LeClair, a senior headed to the University Kentucky.
LeClair followed Johannsen in the 2 Mile standings with a 9:34.63 showing, which was good for seventeenth place. When converting over to 3200, he owns the state's third best time (9:31.30).
Sophie Lewis, a senior who committed to Colorado State University.
Lewis tested herself in the 1 Mile race and ended up performing admirably. She clocked 5:21.36 and finished eleventh. Her converted mark of 5:19.50 places her at number ten in the state's 1600 rankings.
Lindsay Stull, a sophomore up and comer.
Aside from her previously mentioned 1K showing, Stull went 5:13.77 for seventh place in the 1 Mile event. Her result aligns to a converted 1600 time of 5:11.95, which is good for second in Ohio behind her teammate, Ellie Tighe.
Ellie Tighe, a senior who's taking her talents to the University of Dayton next year.
In addition to her aforementioned 1 Mile result, Tighe took fifth in the 2 Mile contest with a time of 11:27.00. This converts to an 11:23.02 3200m effort, which places her at number two in the state behind Beavercreek's Taylor Ewert.
