Joe Zucker tied for low round on the Lake/River Course on his way to earning OAC Golfer of the Week accolades

Joe Zucker (Cleveland,OH, St. Ignatius) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week award winner following his stellar performance this past weekend at the John Carroll University Fall Invitational.
After finishing in fourth place in the same event a year ago, Zucker tied for second overall Saturday at Fowler's Mill Golf Course in Chesterland, Ohio.
After opening his play on the Maple nine with a respectable 38 (+3), Zucker would tie a tournament low on the Lake/River course by shooting 73. His efforts helped John Carroll capture its own tournament for the second consecutive year.
Zucker, a junior sociology major at John Carroll, is earning OAC Player of the Week accolades for the first time in his career..
