Wayne earned the 4x200m relay victory at Capital's First Chance Meet in a Ohio No. 2 time of 1:50.09. The Huber Heights-based team was represented by: Shamaria Davis, Jordan Hampton, Sanai Lynch and Ka'niya McGowan.
McGowan, one of the squad's leaders, indicates that their goal is to make a deep run this season and take on Ohio's best at the OATCCC State Championship meet.
