Dalton Shepler vaulted 15-6 to earn the event win at last weekend's Capital University First Chance Meet. The state leader from a previous performance this season, 16-0 at Tiffin, indicates that he's just trying to round into form and figures he'll be attacking some high bars in the weeks to come.
Aside from in-state competition, Shepler is pegged to line-up at the National Summit in Reno, NV, the Millrose Games, as well as New Balance Nationals in what should be a very busy and successful indoor campaign for the Vandalia-Butler senior.
