The poll has closed and the fans have spoken ~ after notching north of 3150 votes, Rock Hill senior, Eli Baker has earned the distinction of MileSplit Ohio's 'Performer of the Week'.
The versatile Baker, who's shown in the image above en route to a 28th place finish at the National Trail Raceway, traversed 800m at the Ohio Championship Preview meet this past Saturday in a personal best time of 1:55.44 to claim runner-up honors. The effort represents a state-leading mark (all divisions combined), a new school record and the 17th fastest clocking produced nation-wide this season.
