-Phillips and Dunbar were the cream of the crop of Chicago Public League fast racing. Both of these powerful units put their talents on display in 2015- getting through the prelim rounds unscathed and with notably fast times that would have made noise if were a state final, there would be nothing to stop this freight train from going out of control.
