Watch: AAU Junior Olympics Live On FloTrack (Aug. 5-8)
With the next installment of the AAU Junior Olympic Games on the horizon, we're kicking it back to last year's meet, where Justin Braun polished off his season in ultra-impressive fashion with a 400 victory in the 15-16 Division.
Braun, who was fresh off his OHSAA Division 1 triumph earlier in the summer, was on the front-end of the dual age-group when he lined up last year at North Carolina A&T University, however that mattered little.
Running out of lane 8, he clocked 47.22 to outpace a deep field, which consisted of runner-up, Khamari Terrell (I-Train University Elite, TX), who went 47.43 and 3rd place finisher, Erriyon Knighton (My Brother's Keeper, FL), who crossed the line with a mark of 47.48.
The 2020 AAU Junior Olympic Games are scheduled for August 4th to 8th at Satellite High School in Brevard County, Florida.
