DELAWARE, Ohio - NAIA #13 Cedarville rode the steady performances of its top five runners to place 10th overall at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Championship.
The Yellow Jackets had their first five all finish within 36 seconds of one another on the demanding 8,000 meter course. #T.J. Badertscher# was 43rd out of 269 competitors in 27:52.
Jordan Davies was 56th in 28:04. Not far behind were Rob Trennepohl, who was 63rd in 28:10, and Chris Vaughn, who finished 67th in 28:13.
Josh Wiseman was next in 28:28 to place 84th. Completing the CU line-up were Josiah Bragg, 110th in 28:49, and Joseph Cathey, 126th in 29:05.
Cedarville tallied 313 points in the 38-team field. Ohio State was the winner with 28 points and was followed by American Mideast Conference members Malone, 76, and Shawnee State, 94. [RESULTS]
