From now until November 1st there is a unique opportunity for athletes, teams, and really anyone in VA to run a 5K as a fundraiser for their own team. That is thanks to the Running Store in Northern Virginia. Here is the information you need to know about this unique and cool version of the virtual 5K.
What is it: A fun new virtual 5K, run-walk-jog-sprint at your own pace!

When: From now until November 1st, so yes you can run on Halloween!
What do you get: Once you complete this you receive a medal, a pre-race bib, and a $10 donation to the team of your choice.
