We caught up with Justin Braun this past weekend on the campus of Thomas Worthington High School during the Les Eisenhart Invitational.
The junior classman took time out from his guest coverage duties with MileSplit Ohio to discuss the Eisenhart meet, as well as how his training has been going of late and what he's expecting from himself and his teammates during the upcoming indoor and outdoor track seasons.
Braun, a multiple-time state champion and Ohio's 2020 Gatorade Track and Field Player of the Year recipient, also commented on his admiration for cross country athletes and he gave us a breakdown of his own brief XC running career.
