Following Saturday's ZCZ Firebird 3,200 Meter Classic victory, Oak Hills senior, James Schmidt broke his race down with MileSplit Ohio's guest contributor, Cole Cronk.
Schmidt, a recent Lipscomb University commit, outpaced a stellar field on is way to the triumph. His official mark was a new personal best effort of 9:11.97 for the 8-lap distance.
