WATCH: Natalie Cook Storms To No. 2 All-Time 5K In 16:03.93!


HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA -- This race was all Natalie Cook.

The Flower Mound senior and Oklahoma State University signee won the Garmin RunningLane Cross Country Championships on Saturday at John Hunt Park in 16:03.93.

Cook clocked the second-fastest all-time 5K and surpassed Katelyn Tuohy's time of 16:06.87 from 2018. 

The only girl who has ran faster all-time was Jenna Hutchins, who broke the national high school 5K record of 15:58.42 a year ago on this course.
