2022 high school cross country competition is on the horizon and our featured early season meet is now just over a month away.

A uniquely timed and scored XC opportunity, presented by MileSplit Ohio and Finish Timing, is coming to Champions Park course in Springfield.

MileSplit Ohio / Finish 'No' Timing Invitational is set for the evening of Tuesday, August 23rd.

Do you want to launch your cross country schedule off in a competitive racing environment, but one where finishing time isn't a factor?

If so, the MileSplit Ohio Finish No Timing Invitational is the perfect opportunity to display your ability to compete with the runners you share the course with minus the stress of hitting pre-determined splits or crossing through the finish line with a planned time in mind.

Our inaugural invite aims to have runners rely on their competitive instincts and immerse themselves in the art of racing while not being distracted by the timing clock.

In the early stages of registration we've received a great deal of interest from the state's teams and with a month and change still remaining before race day, we're actively accepting new entries.

Finish Timing and MileSplit Ohio will be working together to stage a unique XC race early in the 2022 season.
