With the OATCCC D1 and D2/3 Indoor State Championships just a little over a week away, there were many memorable performances at last year's installment, one of them coming from Justin Braun (Wester. Central 2022), who is now competing for the University of Southern California.
The 60m Dash with an absolutely incredible 6.62, for a new state record, and US #5 All-Time.
That's what Braun ran in the finals, which was a tenth of a second faster than the previous state record of 6.72 set by Andy Isabella (Mayfield 2015) back in 2015.

To top it off as well, he also set the meet record with a scorching time of 21.33 in the 200m Dash, an event which he set the state record in earlier that season, with a 21.29

Currently a freshman competing for the University of Southern California, Braun has had quite a start to his campaign as a collegiate athlete, posting up a current season best and NCAA #11 of 45.99, while also playing a role on the 4x400m with the Trojans, who are currently #3 in the NCAA.The OATCCC D2/3 Indoor State Meet is set to take place on March 3rd, with the OATCCC D1 Indoor State Meet happening the day after on March 4th.
