Delivering eleven victories in as many race starts for an unblemished individual record, which included a RunningLane national championship and an OHSAA Division I state meet triumph plus a sub-17 minute 5-kilometer performance at GMC, it truly was an XC season for the ages put together by Evelyn Prodoehl.
The junior from Lakota West joined MileSplit to showcase her 2023 fall campaign highlights and to provide a look ahead to what's next, both in terms of the upcoming indoor and outdoor track seasons and her aspirations for cross country in 2024.
Prodoehl reflected on her most meaningful accomplishments from the season that was, the desire to maximize her talents moving forward and she detailed the training and strategy that has contributed to her successes.
