TOLEDO, OH - For the second straight week Toledo runner Ari Fisher was recognized for her impressive performance on the course. Fisher was named one of the MAC Cross Country Runners of the Week following her first-place, record-setting performance at the Richard Clark Invitational last weekend.
This was Fisher's second award of the season, the first coming after Fisher's third-place finish on a difficult course at the Roy Griak Invitational. The award is her fourth overall as she was twice named Runner of the Week last season.
Fisher and the rest of the Rockets will next compete at the Pre-NCAAs in Terra Haute, IN on Oct. 16.
