Baylee Sakho (Sycamore, Cincinnati) cleared 5-4 in the high jump at the Greater Miami Conference Championships on May 12, improving from her previous best of 4-10 set in May 2026. The freshman won the event among 12 competitors and ranks #26 in Ohio and #4 among freshmen.
Julian Washington (Margaretta, Castalia) ran 11.00 in the 100 meters at SBC Finals on May 16, breaking his previous personal record of 11.74 from March 2026. The time set a school record for Margaretta and placed him seventh among 42 competitors, ranking #143 in the state.
Gio Iacampo (Benedictine, Cleveland) jumped 21-5 in the long jump at the Ursuline Dual Meet on May 13, improving from his previous mark of 19-5.5. The junior won the event among seven competitors and ranks #125 in Ohio and #42 among juniors.
Campbell Moritz (Dub. Jerome, Dublin) ran 16.02 in the 100m hurdles at the Ohio Capital Conference - Cardinal on May 12, improving from 16.80 set in May 2026. The freshman placed third among 15 competitors and ranks #136 in Ohio and #12 among freshmen. Moritz also set a personal record in the 300m hurdles with 47.96, improving from 48.20.
